This is Lucy (Lucia) Galluzzo’s kitchen. Even in her absence the light still shines in her kitchen, the place she spent her days, sitting at her table, sipping her coffee, entertaining her friends, watching the TV. She loved her kitchen, it was hers and it was an enchanted place of culinary delights. There was always food and treats for us. Even if we arrived at 2:00 am she would be sitting in her kitchen with food for us to eat. She always took care of us and always made sure we were happy. Her love and appreciation for us, her family and friends, always started in her kitchen- Lucy’s Kitchen, as the sign on the wall indicated. It will always be her kitchen and the light will always radiate from inside this place of love and wonder.
