Fletcher Hanks

Fletcher Hanks was a prolific cartoonist for a brief period in the late 1930s and early 1940s. His most popular characters were Fantomah, Mystery Woman of the Jungle and Stardust The Super Wizard.  Fletcher Hanks: I Shall Destroy All The Civilized Planets! was published by Fantagraphics in 2008.  Fletcher Hanks died homeless on a New York park bench in 1976.
